Your Corporate Suite ticketing for the 2009 AFL season, and other Additional Events (where applicable), are located in your 2009 ticket books.
Guest Tickets
As a Corporate Suite holder, you may purchase a maximum of two additional guest tickets to your Corporate Suite for each sporting event. In adherence to the venue’s health and safety regulations, it is essential that the Corporate Suite capacity is not exceeded. Your maximum Suite capacity is equal to the number of tickets enclosed in the ticket book and the two additional guest tickets, should you choose to purchase them. Children 6 years and over are required to have a Corporate Suite Guest Ticket.

Re-Entry
Guests needing to leave Etihad Stadium and re-enter during any event are required to have their event tickets scanned upon exiting and re-entering the venue.
Lost Ticket Policy
Your event tickets are valuable and we recommend that you ensure they are stored safely and securely. Due to the large number of tickets issued to Corporate Suite holders, it is very difficult to replace an individual ticket when one is lost or stolen. As a precaution, when issuing tickets to your guests, we strongly recommend that you record the ticket number and the name of the person to whom the ticket is allocated. This information is essential should you require replacement tickets.
If a Corporate Suite ticket is lost or stolen, please contact the Corporate Suite Executive on (03) 8625 7648. Upon receipt of the required information, the barcode of the original ticket will be cancelled to prevent unauthorized entry to the venue. A special replacement ticket will then be issued via express post or left at the Customer Service Centre on the external concourse opposite Gate 2 for collection on the event day. Please note that replacement tickets will only be issued with appropriate identification upon collection.
In the instance that guests are unable to provide sufficient identification (including photograph), entry into Etihad Stadium cannot be guaranteed.
Car Park Ticketing
Please refer to your Car Park Ticket Book, which contains car parking tickets to all Etihad Stadium events.
Mobility Impaired Parking
Should you or your guests require a car park suitable for mobility impaired patrons, please contact your Corporate Suite Executive who will assist you with all arrangements. Mobility impaired patrons are encouraged to enter Etihad Stadium via Carpark Entry E which is located off Wurundjeri Way. This entrance has been designated for use by Corporate Suite holders on event days.
The use of a courier service remains the responsibility of the client. Your Corporate Suite Executive can provide instructions as to where tickets can be collected.
